CHANGE! Mobility change in people’s minds

Learning to manage transition processes in a user-oriented way!

The aim of the project is to develop a „deeper understanding of the possible and effective steering mechanisms in relation to influencing mobility patterns“.

The problem will be addressed on the three levels: Users – Transport System – Governance and on the basis of concrete testbeds. This systemic analysis of mobility behaviour, transport system and governance is a novelty. Important decision-makers and multipliers are involved in an accompanying stakeholder process. The stakeholder process supports the „development of appropriate steering and control competences“ within the actor network as well as the development of „practicable and accepted implementation concepts that are suitable for reaching critical masses and tipping points for a passenger mobility transformation”.
