We would like to invite you to our afternoon of experimentation with technology probes on Wednesday, 8 May 2024 from 16:00!

Experiment with us and our students and test specially designed probes, each of which focuses on different user interfaces using technologies. By trying out and giving feedback on the technologies, our students will learn many valuable aspects of use for the further development of interaction ideas!

What are technology probes?

Technology probes are experimental tools that are developed to explore the interaction between people and new technologies. They are used to gather information about usage and the associated challenges in real application scenarios. Technology probes are often part of exploratory studies in field research and are used to better tailor the design and development of technology products to the needs and behaviour of users. They combine the collection of usage information with the opportunity to test and further develop innovative concepts and technologies at an early stage.
